At Sand + Fog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance and decor purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your unused items in their original box, ensuring candles and glass items are securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
